We are currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established early years setting in Camden. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed childcare professional who is enthusiastic about supporting young children during the most crucial stage of their development.

As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be part of a welcoming and supportive team that puts children’s well-being and learning at the centre of everything they do. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can explore and learn.

• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to inform planning and support individual development.

• Develop strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive and collaborative learning environment.

• Maintain a high standard of health and safety, safeguarding, and hygiene throughout the setting.

• As a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will be expected to act as a key person for a small group of children, supporting their learning and emotional well-being.

Requirements:

• Full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential).

• A current enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

• Practical experience as a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner within an early years setting.

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and statutory guidance.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• A genuine passion for working with young children and helping them achieve their potential.
