Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Starting September 2025Educate Staffing is seeking to appoint a passionate, committed, and highly skilled KS2 Teacher to join a thriving and well-respected primary school in Barnet. About the Role:
As a KS2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching to pupils across Years 3–6, depending on your experience and the needs of the school. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in accordance with the National Curriculum
Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress and development
Establish a classroom culture that is calm, purposeful, and focused on learning
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and academic achievement
Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil learning and wellbeing
Participate fully in school events, staff meetings, and continuing professional development
Contribute to the wider school life and uphold the school’s values and ethos
Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6)
A clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to promoting the welfare of children
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A reflective and proactive approach to teaching and learning
