Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Barnet
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Barnet, North London
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive – Based on experience and qualificationsEducate Staffing is proud to be partnering with a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Barnet, North London, to recruit a qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a full-time position starting in September 2025.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing and collaborative Early Years team in a well-resourced school that places the development and wellbeing of children at the heart of everything it does. You will be responsible for creating an engaging, safe, and inclusive environment where children aged 0–5 can thrive in their early development.Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework
Provide a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued
Observe, assess, and document children’s development and progress regularly
Maintain effective communication with parents and carers regarding children’s learning and wellbeing
Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a consistent and positive learning experience
Ensure a high standard of safeguarding, health, and safety in line with statutory requirements
Candidate Requirements
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Proven experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A sound knowledge of the EYFS and principles of child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A professional, child-centred, and proactive approach to early education
