Working alongside class teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral staff to provide consistent support.
Helping to maintain a calm and purposeful atmosphere across the school.
Promoting pupil confidence, resilience, and emotional literacy.
Acting as a positive role model for children throughout the day — including during playtime, transitions, and lunchtime.

Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or working with children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs.
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and trauma-informed practice.
