Location: Barnet, North London
Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
£100 – £110 per day (depending on experience)

A vibrant and Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Barnet is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone with a genuine love for early childhood education and experience working with children aged 3–5.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the class teacher in delivering the EYFS curriculum.
Creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence.
Assisting with observations, assessments, and record-keeping.
Supporting children with personal care when required.
Helping to prepare learning materials and classroom resources.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience working in an EYFS setting (school or nursery).
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A warm, nurturing, and patient approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to use initiative.
A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential).
Eligibility to work in the UK.
