An exciting opportunity awaits at a respected school in Camden. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team from September 2025. This is a full academic year placement, ideally suited for graduates who are passionate about supporting the development and well-being of young learners.
About the Role
As an LSA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting pupils aged 11–13, many of whom present with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and related neurodiverse profiles. Working under the direct supervision of an experienced SENDCo—who is also a qualified therapist and psychologist—you will support students both in the mainstream classroom and through targeted 1:1 interventions.

Candidate Requirements
A minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology or a related discipline from a top UK university.
