Full-Time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner – September Start
Educate Staffing is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded and inclusive primary school in Kilburn, Brent, to recruit a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time position starting in September 2025.
Location: Kilburn, London Borough of Brent
Start Date: September 2025
Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualificationsAbout the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to support learning across both the Nursery (mornings) and Reception class (afternoons). You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 3 to 5, helping to build strong foundations for their future learning.
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will be part of a collaborative and child-focused early years team, committed to providing an engaging and supportive environment for every child.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver stimulating and developmentally appropriate activities in both Nursery and Reception, following the EYFS framework
Ensure smooth transitions between morning and afternoon sessions as a consistent Early Years Practitioner
Observe, assess, and track children’s progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
Foster a safe, caring, and inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s individual needs
Promote and uphold safeguarding, health, and safety practices at all times
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who demonstrates:
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
Previous experience in both Nursery and/or Reception settings
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and early childhood development
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
A nurturing, professional, and proactive approach to early years education
