As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide targeted support to pupils who require additional help. You will help create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that allows every child to thrive.Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting class teachers in preparing and delivering lessons.
Supporting individual pupils or small groups with learning tasks.
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering a supportive classroom atmosphere.
Helping pupils with additional needs to access learning effectively.
Contributing to the overall organisation and smooth running of the classroom.
Requirements:
Experience working in a primary school or similar educational setting (desirable but not essential).
Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Positive, flexible, and proactive approach.
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
