Educate Staffing is working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Watford that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their team as soon as possible.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to plan creative learning experiences and foster a positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Assessing pupil progress and using data to inform next steps in learning.

• Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom culture.

• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

• Contributing to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, or enrichment activities.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

• Experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.

• A strong understanding of the national curriculum.

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• A positive, flexible, and dedicated approach to teaching and learning.
