One-Form Entry Primary SchoolAn inclusive and welcoming one-form entry primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a caring, creative and committed Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team on a full-time contract from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a nursery class in a nurturing environment where children’s early development is at the heart of the school’s ethos.
You will play a key role in supporting children through their first experiences of school, promoting curiosity, independence, and a love for learning. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education and values strong relationships with pupils and families.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework
Experience teaching in a nursery or early years setting (or relevant ECT placement)
Warm, nurturing approach with a focus on child-led learning
Strong classroom management and planning skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young children, parents, and colleagues
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with EYFS goals
Observe, assess and track children’s progress, adapting provision to individual needs
Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with support staff and the EYFS lead to maintain high-quality provision
Foster strong communication with parents and carers to support learning at home
