Job Title: Class Teacher
Job Type: 8am – 4pm, September Start
Location: Newham
Salary: £140- £200 Per Day
The Role: Class Teacher – Newham
As a Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for the planning, delivery, and assessment of a creative and engaging curriculum that meets the needs of all learners in your class. You will create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to take risks, explore ideas, and achieve their potential—academically, socially, and emotionally.

As a Class Teacher you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies
- Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
- Implement school behaviours policies and manage classroom behaviours effectively.
- Regularly assess student progress through observation, marking, tests, and formative assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of each pupil’s development.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists when needed
Qualifications and requirements – Class Teacher – Newham
- QTS is required
- Enhanced DBS is required
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
