Job Title: Class Teacher

Job Type: 8am – 4pm, September Start

Location: Redbridge

Salary: £140- £200 Per Day 

The Role: Class Teacher – Redbridge

You will play a key role in delivering a broad, balanced, and creative curriculum that engages pupils and inspires them to reach their full potential. As a class teacher, you will be responsible for planning, teaching, and assessing across all core and foundation subjects, while creating a classroom environment that fosters curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning.

Whether you’re working with early years, KS1, or KS2, you’ll be supported by a passionate and experienced leadership team who are committed to helping you succeed and grow in your career.

A Class Teacher you will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies
• Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
• Implement school behaviours policies and manage classroom behaviours effectively.
• Regularly assess student progress through observation, marking, tests, and formative assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of each pupil’s development.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists when needed

Qualifications and requirements – Class Teacher – Redbridge

• QTS is required
• Enhanced DBS is required
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
