A warm and community-focused one-form entry primary school in Haringey is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team from September 2025 on a full-time contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a small, supportive school where every child is known and valued.

This role offers the chance to lead learning in a Reception class with support from experienced teaching assistants and senior leaders who prioritise early development, creativity, and child-led learning.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum

• Experience working in Reception or Nursery (or relevant ECT placement)

• A caring, proactive and reflective teaching approach

• Confident working both independently and as part of a small team

• Committed to creating a nurturing, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, child-centred lessons in line with the EYFS Framework

• Foster a safe and stimulating classroom where children thrive

• Track and assess pupil progress through observations and ongoing assessment

• Work closely with the EYFS lead and support staff to ensure high-quality provision

• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
