Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching to a Year 5 class in line with the National Curriculum.

  • Work collaboratively with year group colleagues to plan and deliver a cohesive curriculum.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

  • Secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and assessment practices.

  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

  • A reflective, enthusiastic, and committed approach to teaching.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
