We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Class Teacher to join a thriving, Ofsted Outstanding, three-form entry primary school in Harrow. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to a Year 1 class in line with the National Curriculum.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) – essential.

  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 1.

  • Sound understanding of the National Curriculum and child development.

  • Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

  • A reflective, flexible, and committed approach to teaching.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
