Pay Scale: M1 - M6Educate Staffing is working in partnership with a high-performing and forward-thinking primary school in Watford to appoint a passionate and experienced Key Stage 2 Class Teacher for a full-time role starting in September 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher ready to take on a new challenge with leadership potential, supported by a dedicated senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a central role in shaping high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 2, while also contributing to whole-school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Provide effective classroom leadership and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
Use assessment data to monitor progress and adapt teaching to support all pupils
Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
Support curriculum development and contribute to school improvement initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support pupil achievement
Take on a leadership responsibility appropriate to your skills and experience
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Significant experience teaching in Key Stage 2
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire pupils and colleagues
Proven track record of raising attainment and accelerating progress
Excellent subject knowledge and strong understanding of curriculum planning
Confidence in using data to inform teaching and learning
High standards of professionalism and a commitment to continuous improvement
Desirable Attributes:
Experience in a middle or subject leadership role
Knowledge of SEND and inclusive classroom strategies
Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities and wider school life
A coaching or mentoring background (desirable but not essential)
