Primary Teacher – September Start – Hounslow

Position: Full-Time Primary Teacher (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2)
Location: Hounslow, West London
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £200 - £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing

A welcoming and inclusive 2/3 form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join their committed teaching team from September 2025. The year group is flexible depending on the strengths and preference of the successful candidate, with opportunities available in both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

This is a full-time teaching role, Monday to Friday, and requires an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and making a lasting impact on children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in your class

• Work collaboratively within your year group team on planning and assessment (all planning is shared and collaborative)

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing clear feedback and next steps

• Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment

• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents/carers

• Participate in all aspects of school life, including staff meetings, CPD, and extra-curricular opportunities

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential

• Proven teaching experience in a UK primary school setting 

• Full availability from September 2025 and commitment to a long-term role

• A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one

• Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum, particularly in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2

• Excellent classroom management skills and high expectations for behaviour and achievement

• A collaborative and reflective practitioner who thrives in a team-oriented environment
