Position: Full-Time Reception Teacher (EYFS)
Location: Harrow, North West London
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £200 - £220 per day
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (potential for permanent appointment)

This is a full-time teaching role in Reception and is ideal for a practitioner with a strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and a commitment to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons and continuous provision activities that align with the EYFS framework
Work closely with year group colleagues and EYFS leaders to ensure consistency in teaching, assessment, and provision (all planning is collaborative and shared)
Foster a warm, nurturing classroom environment that supports each child’s individual development
Track and assess children’s progress accurately using formative and summative methods
Build strong relationships with families and involve them in their child’s learning journey
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including participation in staff meetings, INSET days, and school events
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
Experience teaching in Early Years, ideally within a Reception class in a UK setting
Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework and current best practices in early learning and development
A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
Full availability from September 2025 for the full academic year
Strong interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, and a reflective, collaborative approach to teaching
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children’s development at this vital stage
