About the Role:
A warm and welcoming primary school in Ealing is seeking a skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join its nursery team in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified early years professional to take on a full-time role within a well-structured school setting, working with children aged 3–5.

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children’s early learning and development, delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), and helping to maintain a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. You will work closely with the nursery team and teaching staff to promote the best possible outcomes for all children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the EYFS framework.

• Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities that support holistic development.

• Monitor and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records.

• Build positive, professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.

• Maintain a safe and inclusive setting where every child is valued.

• Work collaboratively with the wider school team to support children's transition into school life.

• Uphold all safeguarding and child protection responsibilities in line with school policy.

Person Specification:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent) is essential.

• A current enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.

• Previous experience working as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner in an early years setting, ideally within a school.

• Strong understanding of the EYFS and experience implementing it effectively.

• A nurturing, professional approach with a genuine passion for supporting young children.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
