Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner – Starting September 2025

Educate Staffing is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and vibrant primary school located in Hatfield, North Hertfordshire, to recruit a qualified and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for a full-time role beginning in September 2025.


Location: Hatfield, North Hertfordshire
Start Date: Tuesday, 3rd September 2025
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications


About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nurturing team and deliver outstanding care and education to children aged 0–5 years. You will play a crucial role in supporting each child’s learning and development within a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities in line with the EYFS framework

  • Promote a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children

  • Monitor, assess, and document children’s developmental progress

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers

  • Uphold safeguarding and health & safety protocols at all times


Candidate Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting

  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development principles

  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • A warm, professional, and child-centred approach
