Early Years Educator – Full-Time | Ealing, London

Location: Ealing, West London
Start Date: ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm
Daily Rate: £96 – £110 (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (term-time only)


About the Role

We are working in partnership with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Ealing to recruit a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team. This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start, ideal for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Educator seeking a meaningful role in a supportive setting.

As an Early Years Educator, you will be supporting the learning and development of children aged 3–5, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive. You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver the EYFS curriculum in a way that promotes creativity, curiosity, and emotional well-being.


Key Responsibilities of the Early Years Educator:

  • Deliver engaging, child-led activities that support the EYFS curriculum and individual learning goals.

  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in line with early years best practices.

  • Contribute to daily routines, including observations, assessments, and maintaining learning journals.

  • Assist in the preparation of indoor and outdoor learning environments to stimulate learning through play.

  • Work closely with parents, carers, and staff to ensure each child’s needs are met.

  • Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.


The Ideal Early Years Educator Will Have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education, Childcare, or equivalent (essential).

  • A current Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one through us).

  • Previous experience in a nursery, pre-school, or primary school EYFS setting.

  • A strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development milestones.

  • A proactive, patient, and caring approach to working with young children.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
