A highly regarded primary school in Camden is looking to appoint a committed Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will play an important role in helping children achieve their full potential within a welcoming and inclusive school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teaching and learning activities.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils.
• Assist with classroom preparation and resource management.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement.
• Support pupils with varying academic abilities and needs.
• Work effectively with teaching staff and parents where required.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
• Ability to build effective relationships with pupils and staff.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
