About the Role
We are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to support children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging activities to support learning and development
- Observe and assess children’s progress
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment
- Work closely with parents and carers
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and EYFS standards
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working with young children
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
