About the Role

We are currently recruiting Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers seeking flexible working arrangements, whether you are available for a few days a week or full-time.

You will deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain a positive classroom environment, and ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your subject or key stage
Follow school policies and maintain classroom discipline
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Provide feedback to the school on student progress and lesson outcomes
Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – desirable
Previous teaching experience in UK schools
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach
Enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
