Primary Teacher (Year 3) – Harrow – ASAP Start – Continuing into September
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary Teacher to join a welcoming and well-established two-form entry primary school in Harrow. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional to take on a Year 3 class, starting as soon as possible and continuing into the new academic year in September.

The Role
You will be responsible for teaching a Year 3 class within a two-form entry structure, working collaboratively with a parallel class teacher to plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear feedback to support development
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils with varying abilities, including SEND and EAL
Work collaboratively with year group partners, support staff, and senior leaders
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and colleagues
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including meetings, events, and extracurricular activities where appropriateRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
Strong knowledge of the UK primary curriculum
Excellent classroom management skills
A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all pupils
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)Benefits:
