We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a great school in Ealing. You will work closely with teachers to support student learning, helping every child reach their full potential. This full-time, permanent role offers the chance to make a real difference in a welcoming and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons.
Provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, including students with additional learning needs.
Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment.
Prepare resources and materials to support lessons and activities.
Observe, monitor, and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and school trips.
Support the social and emotional development of students.
Ensure all school policies, including safeguarding, are followed.
Requirements:
Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Commitment to supporting student learning and development.
Must hold a valid DBS certificate (or be willing to obtain one before starting).
