Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Fixed Term (January – July 2026)
Days: Wednesday to Friday, Term Time Only
Pay: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience

Educate Staffing is delighted to be recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join one of our fantastic partner schools in St Albans. This is a part-time maternity cover position running from January to July 2026.

The school is a brilliant OFSTED-rated Good primary with excellent facilities, modern classrooms, and a wealth of teaching resources to support creative and engaging lessons. The team is warm, welcoming, and collaborative, with an approachable Senior Leadership Team who operate an open-door policy and provide outstanding support for their staff.

The successful candidate will:
Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant teaching qualification
Be an enthusiastic and reflective practitioner
Demonstrate strong classroom management and a passion for delivering engaging learning experiences
