Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Full-Time)

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Ealing. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support to students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.

• Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with SEN.

• Assist in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.

• Monitor pupil progress and report feedback to teaching staff.

• Support pupils with their social and emotional development.

• Prepare learning materials and assist with classroom organisation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an SEN setting.

• A valid and enhanced DBS check (on the Update Service preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting children’s learning.
