About the Role
As a Supply Teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning when permanent staff are unavailable. Each day will bring new experiences and opportunities to make a positive impact on pupils’ education.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 classes.
Managing the classroom effectively to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Adapting quickly to new school settings, staff teams, and pupils.
Following each school’s policies, routines, and behaviour systems.
Providing constructive feedback to pupils and ensuring smooth handovers to class teachers.

Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Classroom teaching experience in a primary setting (EYFS–KS2)
An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Strong communication, organisational and behaviour management skills
A professional, reliable and flexible approach to teaching
