A Special Needs Teaching Assistant will be expected to:
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support for students with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs
• Assist in implementing personalised behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies

• Help maintain a calm, positive atmosphere that supports emotional regulation and learning
• Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to support individual pupil progress
