  • Uphold the school’s safeguarding policies and promote the welfare of all children in your care.

Person Specification / Requirements

  • Proven experience teaching KS1 pupils, with a thorough understanding of EYFS and KS1 frameworks and assessment requirements.

  • Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young children.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents.

  • Commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.

  • A positive, patient, and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for early years education.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

  • A clear understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to child protection.

Benefits of Working with Us

  • Competitive salary aligned with experience and qualifications.

  • Membership of the Teachers’ Pension Scheme.

  • Comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development tailored to your career goals.

  • Supportive leadership team dedicated to staff wellbeing and career progression.

  • Friendly, collaborative working environment with a focus on teamwork and shared success.

  • Opportunities to contribute to school improvement and leadership pathways.
