Salary: (dependent on experience)We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive school in Greenwich on a long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN professional or a passionate teacher looking to further develop their career within Special Educational Needs.
The Role:
Teaching pupils with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and/or learning difficulties
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Working closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external professionals
Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching strategies accordingly
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold QTS (or a UK-recognised teaching qualification)
Have experience supporting children with SEN in a school or specialist setting
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and communication skills
Be patient, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
Be passionate about making a positive difference in pupils’ lives
