Salary: £140- £200 Per Day

The Role: Supply Teacher – South London  

In this role, you will inspire and motivate pupils by building positive relationships and encouraging them to think critically and develop problem-solving abilities. You will deliver engaging lessons, manage classrooms effectively, and support pupils in their learning, often following pre-prepared plans. You’ll be working across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 giving you the chance to gain broad experience while making a positive impact in different school settings around South London.

We are looking for reliable and confident practitioners who can adapt quickly, build strong classroom relationships, and maintain high standards of teaching and learning. As a Supply Teacher you will be expected to:

• Deliver lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, following school plans where provided.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel valued.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide feedback to school staff on pupil progress and engagement.
• Uphold safeguarding policies and ensure the wellbeing of all pupils

Qualifications and requirements – Supply Teacher – South London

• QTS is required
• Enhanced DBS is required
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
