Candidate Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or strong Key Stage 2 placement experience for ECTs)
Confident understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging and inclusive lessons
Commitment to teamwork, professional growth and pupil progress
Responsibilities:
Teach a Key Stage 2 class full-time, delivering lessons that support academic and personal development
Work collaboratively with year group colleagues on planning, assessment and resourcing
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
Maintain positive relationships with pupils, staff and families
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events
