Job Type: 8 am – 4pm, September Start

Location: Sutton  

Salary: £140- £210 Per day

The Role: Primary Teacher – Sutton

As a Primary Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that support all learners to achieve their full potential. You will plan and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that is creative, differentiated, and in line with national standards. Your role will include fostering a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated to learn.

Whether you are leading a class through phonics, guiding problem-solving in maths, or encouraging curiosity through topic-based learning, your impact will be at the heart of each child's primary school journey.

A Primary Teacher you will be expected to:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Use a variety of teaching strategies
• Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and safe learning environment.
• Implement school behaviours policies and manage classroom behaviours effectively.
• Regularly assess student progress through observation, marking, tests, and formative assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of each pupil’s development.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and external specialists when needed

Qualifications and requirements – Primary Teacher – Sutton

• QTS is required
• Enhanced DBS is required
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
