Job Title: Maths Teacher
Job Type: 8am – 4pm
Location: London
Salary: £140- £200 Per Day
The Role: Maths Teacher – Sutton
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons in Maths Lessons to students aged 11–16, playing an integral role in promoting high expectations, encouraging curiosity, and supporting the personal development of all students.

A Maths Teacher you will be expected to:
- Plan and deliver outstanding lessons aligned with the national curriculum
- Use a range of assessment tools to track progress and inform planning
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, including SEN and EAL students
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment with high standards of behaviour
- Support underperforming students with targeted interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues in the maths department and across the school
- Contribute to curriculum development and the sharing of best practice
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers about student progress
- Take part in staff meetings, training, and whole-school activities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects
Qualifications and requirements –Maths Teacher – London
- QTS is required
- Enhanced DBS is required
- Strong maths curriculum to GCSE level
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
