Job Title: Special Resource Provision Manger
Job Type: 8am – 4pm , September Start
Location: Hillingdon
Salary: £270 - £310 per day
The Role: Special Resource Provision Manager – Hillingdon

A Special Resource Provision Manager will be expected to:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Special Resource Provision to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
- Line manage SRP staff, including teaching assistants and specialist support staff, providing supervision, guidance, and performance management
- Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised learning programmes for pupils within the SRP.
- Monitor pupil progress, using data and observations to adapt strategies and interventions as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective behaviour support plans and risk assessments
- Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and external agencies
- Provide professional development, training, and coaching for mainstream staff to support inclusion and SEND best practice.
- Support funding applications, reporting, and budget management where required.
Qualifications and requirements – Special Resource Provision Manager – Hillingdon
- QTS qualified
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Experience working with SEND needs including ASD.
- Experience in a SENCO position is ideal but not necessary
- Enhanced DBS is required
- Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to create strong working relationships with staff, external agencies and parents
