Job Title: Special Resource Provision Manger

Job Type: 8am – 4pm , September Start

Location: Hillingdon

Salary: £270 - £310 per day

The Role: Special Resource Provision Manager – Hillingdon

We are looking for an experienced and visionary SRP Manager to lead our provision, ensuring every learner receives the tailored support they deserve to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. A Special Resource Provision Manager will be expected to:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Special Resource Provision to ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.  
  • Line manage SRP staff, including teaching assistants and specialist support staff, providing supervision, guidance, and performance management
  • Oversee the assessment, planning, and delivery of personalised learning programmes for pupils within the SRP.
  • Monitor pupil progress, using data and observations to adapt strategies and interventions as needed.
  • Develop and maintain effective behaviour support plans and risk assessments
  • Work collaboratively with class teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and external agencies
  • Provide professional development, training, and coaching for mainstream staff to support inclusion and SEND best practice.
  • Support funding applications, reporting, and budget management where required.

Qualifications and requirements – Special Resource Provision Manager – Hillingdon

  • QTS qualified
  • Previous experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with SEND needs including ASD.
  • Experience in a SENCO position is ideal but not necessary
  • Enhanced DBS is required
  • Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to create strong working relationships with staff, external agencies and parents
