Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes diversity and equality
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and events

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Relevant experience working with primary students
• Strong understanding of diversity, equality, and inclusion in education
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of diverse learners
