Start Date: ASAPAre you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic primary school in Ealing. This is a full-time role with very competitive rates of pay for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students, ensuring they have the best possible learning environment.
- Assist students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing individualized attention and support.
- Work closely with the classroom teacher to deliver tailored activities and support plans.
- Help manage classroom behaviour and foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.Requirements:
- Experience working as a Teaching Assistant is essential.
- Strong understanding of SEN and proven experience supporting children with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).Benefits:
