Key Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes in the absence of a teacher
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain engaged
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student participation
• Support students with their learning where appropriate
• Assist with administrative and pastoral duties if required

Requirements

• Experience working with young people (school or youth setting)
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Degree or relevant experience preferred
• Interest in education or teaching careers
