Early Years Teacher – Camden

Location: Camden, North West London

A vibrant and well-resourced primary school in Camden is seeking an experienced and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join their Early Years Foundation Stage team. The school places a strong emphasis on child-centred learning and early development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging EYFS lessons in line with the EYFS framework

• Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment

• Observe, assess, and track pupil progress using formative assessment

• Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development

• Work closely with teaching assistants and Early Years practitioners

• Communicate effectively with parents and carers

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to pupil reports

• Uphold safeguarding and welfare standards at all times

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience

• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early child development

• A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) on the update service or willingness to apply
