Start Date: ASAPAn established and well-regarded education agency is currently working in partnership with an Outstanding, two-form entry primary school in the London Borough of Hounslow to recruit a part-time Year 1 Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated teacher seeking a flexible role within a high-performing and supportive school environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will:Teach a Year 1 class on a part-time basis (3 days per week), working closely with the parallel class teacher.
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess pupil progress effectively and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
Maintain high expectations for learning, behaviour and achievement.
Create a positive, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents.
Fulfil all teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking and assessment, proportionate to the part-time role.
The Ideal Candidate
We are keen to hear from teachers who:Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 1.
Have a strong understanding of phonics and early reading.
Are organised, reflective and committed to high-quality teaching.
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills.
Are enthusiastic, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) with strong Key Stage 1 experience are welcome to apply.
