Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong academic background in Biology, Chemistry or a closely related field

• Evidence of high-level subject understanding and strong performance in prior academic study

• Confident communication skills, strong presence and the ability to engage pupils

• Readiness to adopt and uphold the school’s structured, Michaela-influenced teaching approach

• QTS is welcomed but not essential; strong unqualified applicants may be considered
