Position: Permanent, Full time
Start Date: December 2025 / January 2026Are you an experienced and motivated Early Years practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a confident and inspiring Level 3 Room Leader to join our dedicated nursery team!
About the Role:
As our Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and support a team of practitioners within your room
- Plan, deliver and evaluate high-quality learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensure a safe, nurturing and stimulating environments for all children
- Carry out observations, assessments and key person responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with children, families and staff
- Uphold high standards of safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing
- Work closely with management to maintain excellent practice and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in an early years setting (Room Leader experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive and supportive approach
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and learning opportunities
