We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic PRE Teacher to join our school in Stevenage. This role is perfect for someone passionate about early years education, creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment for children aged 2–5.

About the Role:

• Deliver high-quality play-based learning to prepare children for primary school.
• Develop activities that foster social, emotional, creative, and cognitive skills.
• Support children’s development in literacy, numeracy, and early communication.
• Care for children’s daily needs, including feeding, naps, and personal care, as appropriate.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure children’s progress and wellbeing.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s development, contributing to individual learning plans.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant early years qualifications.
• Experience working with children aged 2–5 in a nursery or preschool setting.
• Knowledge of early years curriculum and best practices in child development.
• Passionate, patient, and creative, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment.
