The Role: Maths Teacher – Newham

As a Maths Teacher you deliver high-quality teaching and learning across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the opportunity to teach A Level Mathematics or Further Mathematics for suitably qualified candidates.

As a Maths Teacher will be expected to:

• Deliver clear, well-structured lessons that meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Plan and adapt schemes of work and resources in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, providing timely feedback and support.
• Encourage a growth mindset and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities, clubs, and trips.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and support continuous improvement.
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student progress
