About the Role:

We are looking for primary and secondary supply teachers to cover day-to-day, short-term, and potential long-term assignments. You will work across a range of schools, helping to ensure continuity of education for pupils in the absence of their regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, or secondary subjects.

• Follow lesson plans provided by the school or adapt your own materials when necessary.

• Maintain a safe and productive learning environment for all pupils.

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

• Provide feedback to senior leaders or class teachers after each session as required.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.

• Recent classroom-based teaching experience (within the last 2 years preferred).

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.

• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting students' learning journeys.

• Flexibility and adaptability to work across different schools and year groups.
