Salary: £96-£110 per day

The Role: Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant – Tower Hamlets

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in the lives of young children? We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our friendly and supportive team, where every day is an opportunity to inspire and nurture the next generation.

As a valued member of the Early Years team, you will work alongside qualified teachers and practitioners to deliver the EYFS curriculum, building a positive relationship with children and parents to nurture students and teach them academic, social and emotional skills  which aids  the transition into Primary school.

A Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant will be expected to:

• Plan, prepare, and lead age-appropriate activities and experiences in line with EYFS
• Support children’s development across all areas: cognitive, physical, emotional, and social
• Take responsibility as a Key Person, maintaining accurate records and learning journals
• Ensure the environment is clean, safe, and engaging
• Work closely with parents and carers to build strong home-nursery relationships
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
• Provide guidance and support to Level 2 staff, students, and apprentices as needed

Qualifications and requirements – Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant – Tower Hamlets

• Level 3 Qualification in Early Years
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• Experience working with SEND needs
• Enhanced DBS is required
• Proven ability to solve problems quickly and remain calm
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
