A welcoming and inclusive 4-form entry primary school in Harrow is seeking a Reception Class ECT to join their EYFS team from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT eager to develop their practice within a collaborative school with a strong focus on staff development and pupil progress.

The Role:
Full-time Reception Class Teacher position starting in September 2025.
Delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
Supporting early literacy and numeracy development, as well as social and emotional growth.
Working closely with experienced EYFS colleagues and a dedicated phase leader.
Contributing to observations, assessments, and learning journeys for individual pupils.
Taking part in CPD, INSETs, and a structured ECT induction programme.
